You can create an account at anytime by clicking 'LOGIN' (top-right) and then clicking 'Sign up' on the login page. Additionally, you will have the option to create an account during the checkout process.
On the login page, next to the sign in button, you'll see a link that says 'Forgot your password?' click the link and enter your email associated with your account. An email will be sent to you with instructions to reset your password.
Order Status
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process. You will receive an email with tracking information once you're order has shipped.

Replacements, Returns & Refunds
You may return any UNOPENED merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Opened/used products are not eligible for return. Please file a warranty claim if you experience any issues with your cart. Also, do not forget to either call or email us to get a Return Authorization to expedite your credit.
